Behind every dream that comes true, there is always a good story to tell. Ours began in 2003, armed with an auspicious name dedicated to someone important to us.

Our expertise, both human and technological, has made us an industry leader in Business Process Outsourcing and Credit Management.

After Elliot s.r.l. was founded, our values of respect and trust also led us to establish a non-profit organisation in 2004, Elliot Soccorso Onlus. This organisation is dedicated to protecting the rights of animals who have had some of the worst luck in life.

These values have always formed part of the approach that Elliot s.r.l. has with its business partners. We offer more than just a service: above all else, we provide an experience based on quality.

Our passion has made us into travellers in spirit. We have exported our experience abroad, opening new offices in Lyon, Munich, and Cluj.

We provide integrated services for each of our reference markets, and personalise our solutions according to their specific contexts. For us, exporting the Made in Italy concept means spreading the quality and high level of professionalism of our services abroad, whilst creating partnerships and collaborations with organisations in other countries.

Our offices in France, Germany, and Romania are run by local professionals who are experts in their reference markets, and by their Italian colleagues who ensure close links with the holding group, GERI HDP. We aim to provide adequate support to both the local market and to corporations who have their parent company in Italy, but who have dedicated their business to exporting.

In 1994, we founded Elliot Soccorso Onlus, a non-profit organisation that protects the rights of abandoned animals. Elliot Soccorso Onlus works to put an end to all types of violence and exploitation suffered by animals, by providing support to dedicated organisations, financing projects, and building animal shelters.
